What people say about Mirjam
"Informative Tour!"
I took three teenagers for the tour and they loved it! Our tour guide Mirjam did a fantastic job of keeping everyone engaged in the cold and rainy evening. I recommend this tour for everyone. Thank you!
"Tallin's ghastly history"
Me and my two friends enjoyed The ghosts and legends of Tallin tour very much. It was a fun introduction to Tallin's peculiar history and strange stories. Our guide Mirjam was excellent and she spoke clear English, she is a great storyteller. Personally I would have liked to hear a few more spooky ghost stories - like actual sightings, haunted houses etc. But this was entertaining combo as well. Would definitely recommend this tour for other travellers!
"Great overview of Tallin"
Miriam was a native Estonian with extremely good language skills - she kept up a great commentary throughout the morning tour. We saw the major sights and did a fair amount of walking but she tuned it to our place and interests. If you were considering the package day tour from Helsinki, I'd strongly suggest this and booking your own ferry connections online - it was easy, cheaper and had better options like "comfort class" for the ferry.
"Merry Mirjam for Tallinn Walking Tour"
Mirjam is a happy go lucky person who expertly guided our group on our walking tour. She made sure everyone was accounted for and was very accommodating. She is well experienced on Tallinn's history and culture.
"Interesting and Funny Tour"
The "Ghosts & Legends" tour was instructive and fun. It's also worth participating when it rains!
"Very nice walkthrough of Tallinn's more macabre history"
I enjoyed the tour very much! There were a lot of very interesting dark stories (some ghost stories, some based on actual history) about various places in the Old Town, and our guide was fun and enthusiastic throughout, throwing in many quirky details. Would definitely recommend! (Just as a note, I always love to see a guide in some sort of historical costume, but I totally get that that's often just not possible. Even so, maybe a suggestion for the future...)
